NORTH EAST COMPUTER TRADERS' ASSOCIATION (NECTA) popularly known as NECTA, an elite body of the IT dealers of North East computers traders was established in the year 2001 with a goal to create a synergy between different layers of IT channel and also to protect the interest of all layers in the system by creating a bridge for communication among different layers of the channel.

The association is a charitable, nonpolitical and non-profit organization with a sole interest to facilitate growth and development of information technology in North East and to bring the latest technology to every door step of the region.

Association also aims to be a bridge between the trading community and the administration through its input to the Govt regarding the requirement of the industry for bring technology to the last mile user of the region and there by upgrading the lifestyle of the people of the region.
